We ship out of Brooklyn, NY and generally ship products same day or the day after we receive payment. You can request and purchase expedited shipping when you purchase from our website. Regular ground shipping within the USA is free.

Sizing for little humans can be tough! Our Sun Crowns come in 2 sizes : INFANT HATS (6 months - 2 years) and TODDLER HATS (2 years - 5 years). While we suggest to size according to age, we recommend you measure your child’s head circumference to ensure a perfect fit (see Children's Hat Sizing Chart). Measure around the child’s head just above the eyebrows.
Spot cleaning is best. Start by DABBING the spot using a moist white rag with a little detergent OR try a Tide stick or something similar. Allow to dry. If the entire hat needs a clean, place in the washing machine on a low cycle with cold or tap water and air dry. We do not recommend tumble drying your Sun Crown.

All of our products are designed in NYC and are made in various parts of the world providing you with the best possible quality at a reasonable price. Our current Sun Crowns are made in China and our Eye Crowns in Taiwan. Know a great manufacturer? Tell us about them please!
Absolutely! Just enter the gift receiver’s email and address in the shipping address. They’ll receive your gift in a beautiful box fit for a Queen….or King. You can add a gift message and email address of the receiver at check out and we will email it to the receiver.

All items are shipped from Brooklyn, NY. Standard ground shipping applies unless expedited shipping is requested and paid for. Feel free to Contact Us should you have any special requests. Once your order ships, a shipping notification that includes your tracking number will be sent to you via email.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email.
Should you have any issues with your order please Contact Us. We will provide instructions on returning the product, a shipping label (if required) and further details in order to make you happy.
Little Crowns NYC is not responsible for any errors made by the shipping service.
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we will not issue a refund. Once the package returns to Little Crowns NYC, we will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges before we resend the package.
